I have had a cold for about a month now.
Constant coughing and sick stomach.

Do you think it is associated with atkins? the atkins flu or something. A immune system thing?
Someone mentioned it to me but I really dont know what to think.
Has anyone experienced this?

Maybe it is just becasue of this crazy weather?

No I don't think it has to do with Atkins. You may need some vitamin C however. Have you been taking any supplements? Have you been eating vegetables?

awww.. im sorry you feel so sick.. i dont know the answers to your questions but im thinking that your supposed to advoid the diet soda (not that I am doing good at that one) and use the full fat real mayo.. you know.. let the fat help you burn more stored fat..

The head cold/flu has really hit my area very hard lately. Please remember.. drink lots of fluids.. it WILL help i promise.. :)

I've never heard of eating the Atkins way causing colds. Or any "Atkins flu" unless they're speaking of not eating enough--which might cause some people to get sick.
I think it's just the weird weather and the strand of colds/flu's going around. I know it's like that around here, as well. People just aren't able to kick the bugs. Hope you're feeling better.
