Default New girl here....................................
Hi everyone.
I am new to Atkins.
I saw a link on the soulcysters board.
And BAM here I am.
I have been sick the past few days so I have not started but I hope to start soon.
I am armed with the book and have been reading that also.

Just wanted to say Hi.

What happened to their journal? They used to have an awsome free online journal.

I think when they went bankrupt, they cut back on a lot of stuff.

That must be it. I'm using my fertility friends weight loss tracker and log right now. It's not nearly as good.
