time to get up and at them. Hitting the gym with PT today. :carrot: WHOO HOO so if you do not hear from me in a few days I hope to be alive. :^:
Not much else here except work yesterday. I was there quite a while trying to get extra stuff done and I will be missing a few days as DH has his surgery done on his foot. and his pr-ops are tuesday and surg friday. Just a ganglion cyst, nothing to exciting. then he is home next week. UGH. Well have to walk the dog wake up dd2 and hit the road after some coffee |
Well Good monday night to you! Day 3 of low carbing and I am starting to feel a bit antsy...like I need something NOW:D I also had a bit of a headache today. I am feeling good that I have stuck it out so far and haven't given up already! It's good to be back in the saddle and in control. Thats where I want to stay! Have a super day(night):)

Canne I know how you feel to be back in control I have not been this in control in over 3 years. I have been OP for almost a month I had a few bad days this month but I am still going strong. I do have a problem though this weekend we are headding to SIL to celebrats some of the family's birthday. they always have pizza (which I do not care for their pizza that they but) so if I cheat I will not even enjoy it. They do not have any thing else for the day except a cheese latter early in the day we will be there for several hours plus the 2 1/2 hour drive there and then back. so I need to eat some thing and I am stumped as to what to do. If I was going to enjoy it I would eat a piece and let it go But..... I can easily skip the cake and ice cream and feel good with that but how can i miss the main meal??? And not feel so hungry for that long. And NO they will not get other food this is what they have done for about 23 years.Pizza for crystal's birthday they will say one day will not hurt you and have never made any changes even when I was so thin and good. |
