to use the Atkins Accel pills while on induction?

Aren't those vitamins? I believe it's fine for induction. You should be making sure you get your vitamins anyhow, although I don't believe the Atkins brand matters. At least a multi-vitamin. HTH, I'm not sure if I remember correctly what they are :lol:

They are to help with the fat burning.

whoa...I didn't even know Atkins had an "accel" vitamin!

Doesn't the accel mention you shouldn't take it unless you're in a stall? I've used the dieters advantage (can't find them danged things around here and I'd love to take them again!!) and it suppreses appetite and cravings. But the accel shouldn't hurt you....but I'd suggest waiting until you ABSOLUTELY need to take it. JMO

I just ordered the Advantage from the website AND the accel (in case my "fat" doesn't move. :lol: ) . I need help with these cravings and hunger!! They helped me before--so I'm hoping they help now. I can't for them to get here :)
