good goin' girls!!

3 miles this morning and will do 20 on the gazelle this evening. I have to say, even after just a little bit of using it, I LOVE the gazelle for the underside of the arms! It's working great and feels so good to feel the burn on that hangie down skin LOL

Nope, not a dumb question! The tape goes through motions with the bands using the arms. Like the WB, only you use bands. WHOLE different arm movements and muscle use!

Ok. I'm counting 1 mile WATP (stretchy band) right now...and off I go to do it :)

Brenda - thanks for the explanation on the differences between the 2 WATP videos!

I'm behind posting here as well, so will only post the last few days worth :).

Jan. 17
*30 mins. Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Breakthrough (Step)
*15 mins. Billy Blanks Tae Bo (Basic)
*25 mins. Sexy Arms

Total ~70 mins. Big time short, but I kept getting interrupted and once I'm interrupted, it's next to impossible for me to get motivated to start again.

Jan. 18
*45 mins. Burn & Firm Pilates
*30 mins. WATP 2 Mile
*15 mins. Gay Gasper Awesome Abs
*12 mins. Lethal Buns

Total ~ 102 mins.

Jan. 19
*45 mins. Body by Jake (Total Body W/O)
*30 mins. Pick Your Spot Pilates

Total ~ 75 mins. Short by 25 mins. again. Yesterday was partially my fault...spent too much time on the 'puter in the am and had to cut my w/o short because the baby I watch was coming and I had to jump in the shower. Then thought I could get in more once I drove my eldest to school, but then J's aid showed up early. After striking out twice, I was like "ahhhhhh, fuhgedaboudit" for the rest of the day.

Since today (20th) is Friday, I didn't do a complete w/o. I did the WATP 1 Mile tho to see if that stops me from having that stiffness I've had the last 2 weeks after I've taken an entire day off. I could feel the stiffness setting in already, so I'm glad I decided to do this or I think I would have been in really rough shape tomorrow!
