Proud Of Myself
 

Yesterday was my anniversary and I thought I was SO in trouble eating wise. Well, I didn't eat the best, but I didn't pig out like usual either. I ordered the steak and shrimp dinner figuring that way I could eat a little shrimp but STILL get full on LC food. I made the mistake of ordering the deep fried basket (fried & breaded: cheese curds, onion rings & mushrooms). But I didn't eat the whole thing! I had a nice big salad to start out with. Ate the 6 shrimp that came and 1/4 of my salad. I ate only about 10 french fries (I'm impressed w/myself! That USED to be my favorite part of the meal with the shrimp!!) but they didn't taste that great so had them in a doggy bag for my girls. But I DID eat 2 buns. Those I could have done w/out and not sure why I ate them. But all in all, looking back through the years....I did good!!! Add all the tromping through the woods we did and the shopping and I HAD to have worked off what I ate :lol:

I had a wedding last month, I was so proud then, I picked through it and didn't eat it all! (reminds me of how I see skinny people eat!) when usually i would just chow down until it was empty!

Its a good feeling to be in control!!!!!!!!!
