Morning all.....This Wednesday will be the first weigh in. Hope everyone is doing good. Hope to hear about how you are doing, what is working, and not working. Talk to you more as the week goes on.
I'll join in like I said, but my weigh in days are mondays....simply because if I know I have to weigh in on Monday, I'll behave on the weekends. Which are my hardest days of the week.
Morning All! Hope you all had a good night and that the scales are being nice to you. Mine weren't mean or nice...I didn't lose anything which is really frustrating to me because I have been working out the last 4 days both in the morning and at night and really watching what I am eating. A lot of days I am BARELY getting 1,200-1,500 calories in. I've really only been eating once a day and that is going to change starting today. I have been getting migraines in the morning and at bedtime. I think that my body is trying to tell me something, what though I don't know. Hope you had better luck then I did.
Goal for next week (I will weigh in Monday morning because I will be gone until late Thusday night) will be 2lbs.
Brenda~Post what you feel would most benefit you. If you want us to know then give the numbers, if you don't that is fine also. For me I feel that if I give numbers along with everything else that it will help me stay focused and commited. That's just me though.
Robin~ Way to go on the LOSS!!! That is awesome. Are you still in the induction phase? I know you had talked about doing induction again. KUDOS to you on the loss.
Brenda~ Yes, next week will be better hon. Good luck getting through everything. How is the toe doing by the way??
Debbie~Kudos on NO gain. It's hard not to see a loss, but even staying the same is a wonderful thing. Keep up the good work!!
I'm one of those horrible ppl that weighs daily but I use Sunday as my weekly total day. My doctor actually suggested daily weighing for me since I was so obsessed with it, as a way of desensitizing me to the numbers and learning my body weight rhythms. And it works for me. But anyway, how I do go on sometimes...
September 11: 188
September 17: 177.2
Weight Loss: 10.2
Can't complain, but that was my first enduction week after a few months of less that perfect eating habits so not surprising.
Robin, way to go on 4lbs, you've doubled your goal!
Bec, Brenda and Debbie, good job on staying even, that means there's no weight you have to lose again! WTG.
