My goals for the week of Aug. 15-21:
(1). Drink at least 128 oz. water. (2). Exercise at least 60 min./day. (3). Eat under 30 grams carbs/day. |

Accomplished all goals! (1). Drank 160 oz. water. :D (2). 30 min. treadmill, 15 min. arc trainer, 20 min. weights. :D (3). Under 30 grams. :D |
Wednesday's Report:

Thursday:
Met all goals. (1). Drank 128 oz. water. (2). 20 min. elliptical, 20 min. arc trainer, 20 min. of weights and 60 min. of softball. (3). Under 30 carbs. |
Friday: Goals met! :D
(1). Drank at least 128 oz. water. (2). 60 min. of softball. (3). 29 carbs |
