I'm just starting my weightloss journey. I'm 273 and my goal is 150. I was reading all of the success that you guys are having with Atkins. I really think carbs (mainly the white stuff) are my biggest problem. Can someone outline the induction phase for me? I am super poor right now. I'm just out of college with a part-time non-professional job at a non-profit organization....I know...POOR. I can't afford to buy ANYTHING. But I want to get an idea of what this is so I can start it. Thanks in advance.
