I Overheard That One A Day Vitamins Contain 2 Grams Of Carbs. Does Anyone Know If This Is True

argh! I hope they dont! I am taking one-a-day carbsmart and they do say there is dextrose and corn starch in the ingred. but I couldnt find any without that stuff so I figured I will take the one geared towards lowcarb living.

okay well i did some research and they only contain 0.5mg. so bits okay.

Most of the time if you email the company they will let you know. I did that with sweet n low and splenda and they both wrote me back.
