Ok so my biggest problem with atkins is that I HATE cooking...it is such a chore to me to prepare meals and do dishes after every meal...I know I know I am really lazy...it wasn't so bad the first 2 weeks but now it is really wearing on me...I've always been the type to pop something in the microwave for 2 mins and eat it...I rarely cooked on the stove before I started this WOE. The second part of my problem is I am NOT hungry...like ever...I have been eating like a bird for the past few days because I haven't really been hungry, certainly not hungry enough to go through the hassle of cooking and doing dishes. So I definitely think I am not eating enough right now....I don't really know if there is antyhing I cna do about it other than to just MAKE myself do it and MAKE myself eat...I dunno what do you guys think? Any tips/advice?
DEFINITELY get your veggies in! That doesn't take cooking How about making things ahead of time. Like do a day (or hour) of making a couple different dishes and freeze them in individual containers for single serving meals? That way you can always just pop them in the microwave and eat.
