UGH...it's Monday already. I need to start drinking more water again. Not sure why I get out of the habit of doing that. Well, yes I do. It's because I can't always get to a bathroom so quit drinking something that'll run right through me. lol. But I'm sure that's the reason the weight isn't melting off. I'll see what I can do this week!

I am sti cleaning out the bedroom today. 4 bags of trash and 2 for charity, feels good to purge but now I have to put it all back together!

Older boy is home with a stomach ache today, We had chineese for dinner. DH and I both had a headache last night so i wouldn't be suprised if he ended up with a stomach ache fom the food.

The weather sucks! Gray misty and downright chilly! I did get a walk in yesterday. A long one....I would love to get back out today for another walk. My stomach is feeling beter and I have put a pound back on. I lost 15 in less than 2 weeks so one back is not the end of the world. It seems so odd that i struggle with my weight on a day to day, but the Crohns can take it off in days!

I have to finish up my auction notebook today to hand in tomorrow, Just have to print a few things and burn a cd and my time as head of tech is over!

I vow to join the exercise thread the beginning of the month even though I am actively participating now...

Hi, L, Brenda. I'm here lurking. Winding down the end of the school year for the boys: weird schedule due to finals, baseball end-of-season parties, etc. Then there is Melissa in SF who has to move out of the dorm on Tuesday and didn't find an apartment until Saturday (the paperwork will be verified this morning - crossing fingers it goes thru) so I was (silently) on pins and needles about all that. Then I interviewed and got a new client. Then I've been dealing with SHex who had turned into Mr. helpful Fixit man around here for a few months but was actually just trying to get his butt back in the house. I dashed his hopes of that so now am getting crap (again). I have a lawyer meeting this week to attempt to work out the property settlement details (cha-ching$)

I spent a nice day yesterday watching my friend John play baseball with his 28 and older team. I met some really nice spouses/girlfriends and we had a great time in the stands. So he is still in the picture but his family drama is still preventing him from taking things to the next level (drat!). The e-harmony date I went on last weekend was a disaster so I'm not sure if I will go there again.

TOM was last week so this week I can get my eating under control - plus we have nice weather and I always eat better when the weather is warm - no need for comfort foods.

Brenda: I'm starting to have trouble drinking water now, too. Not sure what the problem is, I used to drink it by the gallons... Let's both drink more water this week!

L: I'm sorry to hear you have Crohns. I do, too, but mine definitely doesn't sound as severe as yours. I hope you are feeling better.

Well, this weekend was successful! Stayed OP and exercised both Saturday and Sunday. Woo-hoo! The weekends are definitely always the hardest for me.

Our softball game on Friday was so much fun. We lead the whole game, but ended up losing in the last inning, 15-14. That's amazing for us! So, even though we lost, we were all happy that we were able to play a team that close. Maybe a win is somewhere in our future!

On Saturday, DH and I went for a sunset picnic on the beach. It was beautiful -- the weather was perfect. I'm not much for the beach during the day because of my pale, easily burned skin, but I love it in the evening. It's so peaceful.
