Just starting Somersize.....anyone else out there do this plan?

I got her book Fast and Easy. I know enough now to start while I finish reading. Any hints or tips you have would be great!!

I really dont have any tips yet. I've been on Somersizing for 11 weeks now and I have lost 21 pounds. It does work. Just hang in there and good luck!
