Im getting very lazy with my food....thats not a good thing!! I think Im going to have to get hubby to do a little more cooking before I get bored with all this. Breaky~ protein/fibre shake & cheese string Lunch~ 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1/2oz colby jack Supper~ chicken w/mushrooms and gargonzola butter, 1/3 cucumber and 2 slices of tomato Totals~ 781 calories, 12 carbs, 5 fibre .....I know, not enough food, but Im just not hungry. |
