Waiting for Energy Burst

Can anyone tell me on average, how long it takes for the energy burst to kick in ? This is like my third real day on Atkins. I am still sluggish & tired & feeling like a nap when I come home.

I got mine about 2 months into the program, once I started losing and felt better the energy was there.

Give it some time, it will happen :D
