MOTIVATED!!!????

Do you put a picture of your before self on the fridge? Do you wear a bracelet or something that barely fits, or used to be huge on you and fits now? Do you have a special buddy?



I have a special buddy. We email or PM usually daily. It helps me to have someone to "report" to and I love feeling so supported and knowing that I am on a one-on-one basis with someone else who is going through the same thing.

I also have a before pic of me in just my bra n underwear that I keep hidden and look at every once in a while.

I also promised myself a GORGEOUS leather jacket next winter and I don't want it to be the size of the whole herd! :lol:

I need SOMETHING to keep me motivated. I have a picture of me that was taken during Christmas (pudge that I was) that I absolutely HATE because my face looks like a pumpkin--it was THAT fat. But it does me no good on the fridge....I need to post one at DQ!! If I ever have a free second to just go somewhere quiet and think....maybe I could sit and figure out WHY I can't stay OP and what it's going to take to get myself back on track. Maybe winter? I don't know. All I know is it seems like I don't have the motivation I did to start with--and need it back before the scale starts dipping UP.

Some of you remember this:

I picture the biggest, chunkiest, cottage-cheese butt possible in a thong. Then I compare that with the totally cute and thong-worthy butt I fully intend to have. The contrast keeps me good and scared ;)
