Rachel - Yep, I read the DaVinci Code and I thought it was great fun. Angels & Demons is sort of a prequel to the DaVinci Code, and also really good, though I think I prefer the DaVinci Code. I even took out some related non-fiction books to read up on some of the subjects brought up. :)

Theo - yikes! 8 hours in a crossed-leg sitting position...I don't think I could do that.

I'm working in the computer lab today and another guy comes up to me and starts talking to me like I know him. (This is the second guy in the last couple days in the lab). Of course, I have no idea who these guys are. I'm guessing we had a class together or something. I always feel like such a tool when it's obvious that they know you and you don't. Although instead of being honest and telling them that I don't really know they are, I totally fake it. :^:

OMG Star: I am 5'5 and will be happy with 145! You are going to be such a skinny girl! If I had the determination I would go lower than 145 but I don't think I can do it.....and maintain it.

By the way.......I bought a new white t-shirt this weekend so that I can machine embroider something on it....I was going to embroider the word PRINCESS on it but then my dh and I got talking and we said I should do the work QUEENIE because that is what my dad used to call me. Will that still allow me to be in the Princess club?

Well, my weekend was fabulously OP, too. It's a nice change. My weigh-in is tonight, so I'm hoping for good things.

Now that I've relaxed my induction, I feel so much more in control. I didn't realize how much I relied on nuts for handy, filling snacks. I'm so glad I added them back in.

Friday night was just a hanging-out night with DH. It was good times. On Saturday morning, I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. We primed and painted the inside walls of a house. It was hot, and I got tons of paint on me, but it was worth it! On Saturday evening, DH and I went to the baseball game. Sunday was church and another baseball game with DH.

Jina - Lots of time with DH this weekend! Are things going better?

I've got not much time. Gotta run to the GS office and hand in that paperwork and all that. Was wondering if I should change my goals. I mean, when I was 17 I weighed 120 pounds. But I'm wondering if that's even realistic anymore at my age. I'm actually pretty happy with the way I am right now. So I'm going to try and stay off the scale except for on WI days. That way if it goes up I can watch it and work on getting it down. Otherwise I've been stressing way too much. It's hard to believe in this short of time (from January til now) I've gone from a size 14 (TIGHT 14) to a size 8 (well, in the brands I bought yesterday. Not sure if ALL brands would be 8's). How cool is THAT??? So I'm pretty darn proud of myself and I actually owe it all to YOU ALL!!! Without your support I'd have given up at the first TOM craving and eaten chocolate. You've all steared me in directions I'd never have thought to look (zcarb bars and lovely chocolate fluff).

Star: Thanks for asking! That's very sweet. Yes, things are going much better. He isn't dating his church girlfriend anymore, so that helps things tons. He's at a point where he realizes he's made lots of mistakes. He said that through three girlfriends, none compare to me -- kind of a case of the grass isn't always greener on the other side. So, we'll see what happens. We still have a LONG ways to go, but things are definitely better. :)

Jina, glad to hear things are getting a little better. Just a question??? Did his church girlfriend go to your church too??

TG: No, she didn't go to my church at the time. Although, the funny thing is, DH and she quit going to the church and I started going there. DH said I would really like the people there. He was right. So, I go to church at the scene of the crime! :lol:

Wow Jina that is great...well at least something good came of the incident!! :) Glad to see you guys try to work it out, that is a true testament to what a great person you are not many ladies would be so brave.
