OK, here I am, the least loser! I lost 0.2 pounds this morning, after 7 days of stall. I keep telling myself I am 13.2 pounds lighter than I was almost 2 months ago, but still I wish I could lose faster, LOL.

Anyhow, I have to tell you guys something funny. I haven’t told any one that I have changed my eating habits and I am trying to lose weight. This week, two of my friends, separately, mentioned that something is different in my face. They think I have changed hair style. I wear baggy cloths so no one can actually tell that I have lost weight. They just see that my face looks different and it does look very different, the double chin is almost gone. I wonder how long it would take them to realize I am losing weight.

i've dropped 38, but have gotten serious about really losing again. btw, supersized recently read an article that cited a study saying that after one year weight loss from a low carb diet was about the same as from a low fat diet. it went on to say that the only difference was in cholesterol levels--the low carb diet produced lower cholesterol levels than the low fat. i don't remember which magazine had the article though. it looks like everyone is accomplishing a lot in becoming healthier. keep up the outstanding work!!!
