i've dropped 38, but have gotten serious about really losing again. btw, supersized recently read an article that cited a study saying that after one year weight loss from a low carb diet was about the same as from a low fat diet. it went on to say that the only difference was in cholesterol levels--the low carb diet produced lower cholesterol levels than the low fat. i don't remember which magazine had the article though. it looks like everyone is accomplishing a lot in becoming healthier. keep up the outstanding work!!!
