here we go again, again.
 

Ok last carb meal don't even want it just getting rid of all the carby food in the house went on a shopping trip got lots of basically 0 carb foods + veggies I found some GREAT sauce knorr lowcarb options .6g carb per tablespoon of teriyaki and steak sauce. Got it at wal-mart.

Gave all my pastas etc.. to my room mate and I am in the middle of cleaning everything up just to make sure i feel healty.

I am going to do it this time!
