beef jerky:0 (found a zero carb beefe jerky at Walgreens!! )

total: 23 carbs, I was over but it was the 2 lc bars, since I am coming off sugar and have cravings I let myself have those today as long as i was good on all other points, tomorrow I won't be so easy on myself!!

I'll try and log in every day. I tend to forget (or else my meals are the same all the time).

Breakfast:
2 eggs- 1.2
3 sausage links-0

Snack:
cauliflower & broccoli-1

Lunch:
cheese curds 1
smoked sausage links (5 small pieces)-0

Supper:
hamburger-0
2 hotdogs-0
lettuce-1
cheese-1
onion/pepper-1

Snack:
Russel Stouffer (however you spell it)-? (I'm afraid to look)

Total: 6 w/out candy bar

11:00 - Coffee w/splenda - I couldn't keep my eyes open! (2)

11:00 - Mushroom swiss burger (2)

Total = 12
