i'm back
after a long crazy break. i took a break from low carbing and then my grandma died last weekend, but i am trying to get started again. i am going to post a food log when i can. i gained back about 4 pounds, but i checked today and i'm down about 1 1/2 though i'm sure its just water.
anyway, food today! (5/31/04) slice of colbyjack cheese: 1 carb; 90 cals 3 slices microwave bacon: 0 carb; 70 cals low carb yogurt: 3 carbs; 60 cals ham/cream cheese rollups: 4 carbs; 230 cals hamburger on lite bread: 13 carbs; 700 cals cauliflower/ranch dressing: 3 carbs; 160 cals total: 24 carbs; 1310 cals |

thank you guys, my family is starting to feel better. she had cirrhosis (sp?) of the liver and went in her sleep, we think her blood pressure dropped too low and she went into a coma. it was pretty unexpected but we're thankful she went that way before it got much worse.
i was bad yesterday :( 6/1/04 ham/creamcheese rollups: 8 carbs; 400 cals cheddar cheese: 1 carb; 240 cals yogurt: 3 carbs; 60 cals LOW CARB DORITOS!!! : 6 carbs; 120 cals low carb cookies: 21 carbs; 600 cals (i pigged out!) totals: 39 carbs; 1420 cals |
