I was just wondering how you are doing? Are you feeling any better yet?

Hang in there, those side effects should go away within a week and once they do you will be AMAZED at how much better your feel.

I am getting ready to re-start atkins myself. I had to stop for a while and I went back to my old way of eating. I hate the way I feel and can not wait to get back into Atkins. I felt so much better when I was on it. If I was tired then I was genuinly tired and not just not wanting to get up and do anything. If I was hungry, I was REALLY hungry and not just wanting something. Plus I slept better, my moods were better and I just had a lot more patience with people and stuff like that.

Anyways, enough of my rambling, I just wanted to check up on you and let you know that it does get easier. :lol:
