Hi Guys! Do you ever feel like you need a day or two, just to recover from your weekend? Wow, I don't think I had one unplanned moment all weekend. Anyway, today won't be much better, so I thought I'd start the food log now before I missed out. Here goes:

Snack: Roasted Chicken (0)
Lunch: Salad (5)
Snack: Peperoni slices (0)
Dinner: Salad (6)
Snack: Low-carb mousse (5)
Total: 20
