  • Hi Guys! Do you ever feel like you need a day or two, just to recover from your weekend? Wow, I don't think I had one unplanned moment all weekend. Anyway, today won't be much better, so I thought I'd start the food log now before I missed out. Here goes:

    Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage, and 1 coffee (4)

    Snack: Roasted Chicken (0)

    Lunch: Salad (5)

    Snack: Peperoni slices (0)

    Dinner: Salad (6)

    Snack: Low-carb mousse (5)

    Total: 20

  • I just went to Subway for lunch for a salad (first time - for salad anyway). Anyway, I got the lowest carb salad, but didn't want the dressing that came w/it, and asked for ranch. I just got back to work to discover it is low-fat ranch and has 13 carbs per packet! I'm having my salad plain... Grrr...

  • Good Morning! I've found I've been doing really well sticking to plan during the day, but at night I have a tendency to eat a little too much. All low/no carb, but still, I shouldn't be eating it. Today I will not snack after dinner (I hope). Do you guys ever get that way?
