Monday.... The Cookies were good... but I'm back on plan!
Breakfast
Bacon - .5 Coffee - 1 Total 1.5 Snack Almonds - 2 Lunch Green Beans - 2 Brat - 1 Total - 3 THE PLAN Snack Sunflower Seeds - 2 Dinner Teriaki Chicken - 1 Cherry Tomatoes - 3 Total -4 DAY TOTAL - 12.5 Hrmmm needs more carbs..... |
Monday (weekend recovery)
8:00 - String cheese (1)
8:30 - Diet coke w/lime (0) 10:00 - Beef jerky (2) 11:30 - Quiznos flat bread (7) 12:30 - Minute Maid Light (1) 4:00 - Parmesan fried zucchini (3) 5:30 - LC pasta salad (8) :rollpin: 6:00 - Steak (0) 8:00 - LC ice cream bar (9) :rollpin: :rollpin: Total = 31 :rollpin: :rollpin: :rollpin: Where did that eating monster come from? |
Good Morning! I thought I'd start joining you guys for the food logging, if you don't mind.
7:00am 1 egg and 1 sausage (2) 10:30am cucumber slices (2) 12:00pm Spinich salad w/cuc., and tomato (6) 3:00pm Seeds (2) 6:00pm Pork Chops, and salad (6) 8:00pm String Cheese (1) Total: 19 Wow, I just realized what a good tool this is. When I originally started to figure this I was around 28 carbs. Which could be why I haven't been losing much weight. So, I re-organized the day. I'll try to get lower on the carbs tomorrow and see if that helps. Have a great day! |
Me again. I just have to add... I am feeling SO INSPIRED! Now that I realize "counting/estimating in my head" may not be what my actual count is for the day, I know I can lose more! I'm having one of those a-ha moments. Seems so simple really. I almost feel dumb, but the inspired feeling is outweighing it (thank goodness!)
