:cheer: Way to go :) i bet it feels awesome to be back in ketosis again!
I use an Atkins Morning Start bar just about every morning and an Atkins bar in the afternoon usually too. They don't seem to bother me and I am definitly in ketosis. I try to stick to whole foods as much as I can, but right now everything is so darn hectic they just fit easily for me. Even when I prepack all my food for a 10 hour shift every day. |
Maybe I should buy the little pee sticks. Find out if I'm in ketosis. I would think if I was I'd be losing weight. If I'm not, what's keeping me from being in ketosis? Any clue? I'll go post what I ate today. Maybe you all can figure it out. My menus don't vary much.
