Hurray, Marie!!!! (Can I do a told-ya-so dance?) ;)

I have my ears pierced twice, my tongue pierced once, a tattoo on my ankle, one on my shoulder, and 3 more planned.

Tongue pierced? :faint: Now that explains everything :lol:

I'm too conservative I guess....no tattoo's and only 2 pierced ears. Used to have a third ear piercing but don't use it anymore.

Teacher's institute is turning out to be really busy and really heated. Fun fun.... Marie, the starting weight is not what matters... what matters is that instead of slowly gaining.... you're now steadily losing.... nothing else matters. I gained 30 lbs in 2 years and I swear it's from the food in the teacher's lounge!!


I also have a tattoo on my lower back, some cartilage pierced on my ear... but never got my tongue pierced cause the school district said no. :(

Jane: I'm a fan of the Neutrogena spray, too. I seem to be white or red. No nice tan color, so the spray-on stuff works good for me.

Well, I'm a having trouble being motivated... not sure why. I've just been eating WAY too much. Insane amounts of food. It's really bad. And, I made the mistake of buying some low-carb ice cream bars. This is a really terrible time to do that!

Tonight I am going with some friends to a concert on the beach -- should be pretty fun. I'm just hoping it cools down by then -- it is so hot and humid today.

I'm also going to look at a different apartment today. I hope it's nice. It's so much cheaper than where I'm living now, and it has to better than this place. I've had so many problems here.

The tongue piercing was an interesting thing. I have a very close friend that has one and I became a little obsessed with it. I just liked the way it looked. So I spent a year going back and forth on whether I was going to do it or not. She finally got sick of listening to me no making up my mind so she took me to a great place called Black Hole and payed to have it done.

I happen to be remarkably lucky in the tongue piercing arena. I didn't swell, it didn't hurt at all, and it's far enough back that unless I'm laughing or singing, you don't see it. :p

Jina - go buy a swimsuit. That motivated the **** out of me. I now exercise out of pure fear. ;)

Marie, thanks for the PM I will PM you back when i get home and can go over all the details, I have 2 tattoos and 1 on they way, ears pierced 4times each and had my nose done, but took it out awhile back when all the "normal" people started doing it!! ahahahaha It wasn't so punk rock anymore!! hahahaha I goota stay true to the roots!! ahahahaha

I swear by Black Hole for piercing and stretching. Adorn for the tattoos.

I AM JUST GOING CRAZY AT WORK HERE...........I have 3 training sessions going almost at once and not one of them is going well. It's mahem I tell you!

I've got 5 piercings, both sides of cartilage (so guess that makes 6), 2 tattoos and the idea and area for the 3rd (as soon as I can get the $$ to do it).

Well ladies I am staying home from the gym today, it is just too nice outside and I fianlly have the chance to get a little R&R in my lounge chair outside all by myself so by god I am takin it!! It is hard to come by R&R when you are the mom of a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old!! Have fun ladies, I am gonna work on my tan!!
