TO say THANKYOU to all of you for your support and friendship! I felt so good doing WalkAmerica today and I am so proud of myself for turning my life around. I know that none of it would be happening right now if I hadn't stumbled across this board and found you ladies!

Glad your walk went great. And this board IS the best support system out there. I doubt I'd have stayed on Atkins this long if it wasn't around. I'd be one of them confused souls who THINKS they're eating low carb. lol
