Do you have a reward (big or small) that you have promised yourself if you reach your goal(s)?


DH and I promised each other that if we lose the weight we want by New Years of next year that we would have a huge night out. I mean like prom again. :lol: I get to buy a new dress, get my hair and makeup done and get completely dolled up. He gets to buy a new outfit and whatever. Then we are going to go out to the infamous Ghost Bar at the Palms Casino and strut our stuff! :devil: I have never been to a club, much less one with a dress code like that. The club is actually at the top of the casino (I don't know how many stories) and has a big deck with a glass bottom that extends out over the pool down below on the first floor.

I am also going to buy myself a new cute and fashionable wardrobe that following spring/summer.

It would be amazing if I could get one of those complete make overs where you just walk in and say "This is me" and you can actually TRUST them to let you walk out ok. :lol: I just can't justify (at least right now) spending that kind of money for my hair and makeup. Plus they always color it and you have to keep it up.

My reward (if my belly gets flat) is to get my bellybutton pierced. Not cuz I wanna show it off but cuz I think it looks cool (or neat. Depends on the word you wanna use :lol: ).

Buy a cute new wardrobe, and go out and show it off :devil:

I'm getting a backless shirt and going clubbing when I get to goal.

I'm also going to buy myself a free standing full length mirror :D

My reward will be playing with my little 2 1/2 year old w/out getting tired :D

My Mom is getting me a Leather jacket... (That was a promise she made me at 18.. and I still havent gotten it yet!)

When I hit goal, I am getting a new wardrobe... and I want a full spa day!!

oh!!! I wish I still had my leather jacket!!! :lol: I think the belly ring, tattoos and a leather jacket might give the wrong impression of me :rofl:

By next summer, I want to be able to wear a bathing suit with out a huge t-shirt to cover up my flab!

Thanks for starting this thread...You just reminded me that I need to tell my darling hubby to start saving up for my NEW WARDROBE. I plan on HIM getting me a gift card to the mall with a very sizeable amount on it and HIM keeping the kids so I can shop ALL DAY!!!

Yes, My reward is a new wardrobe and a bunch of lingerie! I have never been able to wear lingerie, so I'm really looking forward to it!

oh!! I keep looking at that stuff. Trying to figure out if the bottoms come in tummy control!! lol. I won't be buying stuff like that either for a while. But it sure sounds like fun!

Hm...But as DH says...why bother when it doesn't stay on longer than 5 minutes??? :s:

Well, for my reward I'm not going to say clothes because I consider them a necessity! I am, however, aiming for a new Lazy Boy recliner in leather that has a massage feature. I figured out that if I take all the money I would have spent on Ben & Jerry's on a regular basis (I was eating at least 4 pints a week), and add just a tad to that stash, I've got enough to spoil myself rotten!!!! You're all welcome to drop by and try it out this summer!

I plan to buy a really short skirt or dress (not sleazy though) and wear it out on the town. I'm tall with very long legs, and have never been able to show them off. I'm single, but I have a handful of male friends who said they would love to be my escort when I go out on the town lol.
