5 pounds lost!!!

Wow...I'm amazed.
I've only been on Atkins for 3 days now and I've already lost 5 pounds!! :D
I can't wait to see how the end of the week result will be...
I had hit a plateau all throughout March when I was on the Slim Fast diet, but I seem to be over that now.
I'm so glad I decided to give Atkins a try! ;)
