Oye don't really want to do this but I will. I had a slight slip tonight. The first time since starting Atkins.
FRIDAY Breakfast 2 eggs - 2g sausage - 0g 1oz cheese - 1g (I round everything up, I didn't really eat 1oz only just a sprinkle on my eggs, but I stay safe this way) Lunch 2 Brats - 4g Snack Homemade Low Carb Waffle - 2g (made with Atkins bake mix, mom wanted me to taste) Dinner taco salad - 6g sour cream - 2g 1 french fry - 2g (for honors sakes) :( 2 slices cheese quesadilla - 7g :nono: Grand Total - 26 grams :cry: |
Trazzie, it is OK it happens to the bets of us, just get back on the horse and you will be fine, lucky it wasn't me if i would've gotten 1 fry in my mouth the rest would be history and I don't even like french frys!!! :)

Diet Rite - 1g Dinner - We went out to eat at the Buffet.. Variety of meats (baked chicken, ham, roast beef ) - 0g 1c salad with - 1g cheese - 1g 2 slices cucumber - 0g ranch dressing - 3g ??? sunflower kernals - 2g Grand Total: 19.5g |
Saturday :) Thought I would join ya!
Breakfast: 2 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds (nothing but 4 patties and 4 slices of cheese on lettuce) and a side salad (about 1 cup) w/o dressing (great till I ate that crappy radicchio plain :lol: ) Lunch: 2 medium chicken breasts w/ chedder and mozzerella cheese ( I measured it as 2 more slices of cheese) and 2 hard boiled eggs w/ salt. Dinner 1 cup salad w/mushrooms & 3 cherry tomatos, 1 tblsp carb option Ranch, 8 large olives and about 10 large shrimp w/ little butter. Total: 17 grams of carbs (FitDay) and maybe 1 more gram if I have another cup of salad tonight before bed! :cb: :cb: :cb: :cb: :cb: |
