Hello all, today is a special day for me its been one year to this date I started Atkins and did not cheat once.I have never had this much loss on any diet I have been on.

I have to say this site helps me so much and all you gals and gents have been a great help and I hope I can help you in any way.The one reason I think I'm doing so well is when I started it I said its going to be a lifestyle change and it has been.I have not felt this good since high school which was sum 19 years ago.

Once again thank's for all the past and future help Im off to ride my bike see you all later.
