I'm a New Atkins Chick
 

:coffee2: Hi all you Atkins Chicks! I'm Journey Girl and started Atkins 3 weeks ago. Ya'll have been a great help.....I have been lurking here for about 2 weeks.

I started at 220 and have no idea what I am at now. I know that I have lost something because my clothes are getting loose. I'm scared to get on the scale! :fr: I have been using the Ketosticks and they are purple everyday.

I love the food on Atkins. And I do have more energy.

I am on a weight loss journey, can we share along the way?
