Weekly Goals - March 22-28
 
My goals for this week:

1) Gym minimum 3 days this week
2) Drink 128 oz of water every day
3) Vitamins every day

Ill report back in on Sunday with my success.

TG Goals for the week

1. gym 4 times this week
2. vitamins and supplements everday with 3 liters of water.
3. OP all week!

2: Exercise (at least a couple days this week)

So.. how is everyone doing on this???

I have 2 days in for everything.. Including the Gym!! :) I took today off from the gym because My legs feel like lead today from starting to run, but I plan to stretch later and maybe do some abs...

I bombed. I couldn't lose weight anytime soon to save my life! UGH!
Ok. I'm back on strict induction.
Making sure I get my water intake.
And I'm working towards exercising more.
