    I'm a newbie to 3fatchicks, but having been following Atkins for almost a year (40 pounds gone, 40 to go).

    I've been lurking for awhile and finally decided to jump in!

    Im back on Atkins as of this morning.

    Breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese

    Lunch, salmon Patty, ceasar salad

    Supper, Chicken breast, ceasar salad

    snacks include(if needed thru-out the day)......boiled eggs, broccoli w/ sourcream dip

    I have to resurrect my fitday, and plug all this stuff in to see where its at. I'll post my totals after Ive done that.

    1 langjaeger (I need to get the carb count on that)

    2 slices cheddar cheese
    carb free dressing

    parmesan garlic shrimp (3)

    Total = 21 carbs! (but I did have a couple of spoonfuls of ds's leftover ice cream - bad froufy! )

    4 oz polish sausage (3)

    Snack:

    decaf coffee w/cream and sf syrup = 3

    TOTAL: 19 CARBS!....hoping to drop a few lbs before Monday's travel - but so far scale not budging!

    Lunch, egg salad & raw broccoli w/sour cream dip
    Supper, ceasar salad, broiled chicken breast

    Snacks if needed.....2 xtra protein drinks and bowl of veggies

    Ive lost 4lbs yesterday!! You know something, I did BFL and in the first 8 weeks, I only lost 6 lbs!! Bad carbs are my enemy!!

    Total: 22.5 carbs, pretty good for feeling so starved today! I thought I would be way off!

    Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs 3.04g
    4 strips of bacon (No nitrates, no carbs) 1.89g
    Lunch: McDonald's Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad 9g
    Ceasar dressing 4g
    Dinner: 2 cups of chicken cooked with olive oil and flavoured with lemon pepper 1.39 g
    6 ounces of steak marinated in butter, fajita seasoning, white and black
    peppers 0g

    Water consumed: 40 ounces. Need to do A LOT better on the water intake!!!

    TOTAL GRAMS CONSUMED: 19.32g

    1 landjaeger (maybe need to cut those out)
    1 C salad
    1/4 chicken
    no carb dressing

    Supper:

    snack (I ate it at like 9:00--maybe that was the problem?)
