I have a question about non-dairy coffee creamer like cremora. Is it ok? Heavy cream makes me sick, and I am not giving up my :coffee: It says on the container that there isn't a significant amount of dietary sugar? Is that for Atkins followers, or the food pyramid people?

Cat, I'm not sure about that brand name, I used to use coffee whitener till about a week ago then switched to half and half for the extra fat but I couldn't say for sure not knowing what it is.

This brand is Community Coffee Creamer Lite. It says it has corn syrup solids and sugar in it. I will just stick to heavy cream. I just won't use as much as I had been. If I were you, I wouldn't use half and half, because it has milk in it. It really slowed my weight loss last year. You seem to be making great progress! :D I can't wait until I am in the 160 range!
