    tuna on cucumber slices - 3

    Snack:

    crawfish
    salad & dressing - 3

    2 tbsp heavy cream - 1
    water
    sf syrup

    Exercise: 30 minute walk

    Water: 80 oz

    Total carbs: 18

    grilled fish & onions - 5
    steamed cauliflower - 3
    w/butter

    (wow that must be a record or something)

  • Yesterday was a VERY bad day for me. So, I thought I may need to log for a few days to keep myself in line

  • hi, I havent started atkins yet. tonite I will go shopping and tomorrow i'll log in my foods. I have a friend who is doing sbd and she has lost 20 lbs already in 6 weeks! your menus look so yummy. I heard coffee has carbs, I didnt know that. how many? any tips you guys would have I would greatly accept.
