    Monday's munching:

    Breakfast:
    2 slices havarti (.5)
    decaf w/cream (2.5)
    =3

    Lunch:
    roast veal (0)
    assorted veggies (4)
    =4

    Snacks (starving at 2 pm!)
    egg salad (1)
    3 pepperoni sticks (1.5)

    decaf w/cream & sf vanilla syrup (3)
    cheese curds (.5)
    =6

    Dinner:
    roast beef (0)
    broccoli (3)
    mushrooms/onions in butter (3)
    =6

    Total: 19 - just under the wire - what if I get super hungry after dinner???

    Froufy - if you get hungry, eat something 'free'. Bacon does it for me, but I understand why that probably won't work for you. How about pepperoni slices?

    2:00 - yucky limp chef salad (4)
    5:30 - 1/2 Zcarb bar - (2)
    7:00 - Mushroom swiss burger (3)
    9:30 - 2 (ugh!) Miller Lite (6)

    more tuna (i need to get my butt to the store!) - 3

  • It's 10 pm now and I think I should head for bed - getting hungry again...I did OD on sf gum but at least it kept my mouth busy - added a couple of hard boiled eggs/mayo after dinner as I was still hungry!.....I can't keep up with this hunger and eating.

    Can't wait to get back into ketosis!
