Do you think that you weigh less in the morning like they say you're supposed to? Or don't you think it really matters?
(It's weird, I stepped on the scale before I took my shower and I'm 2 pounds lighter than I was this morning
). Maybe all this "going" to the bathroom is flushing anything I eat out of my system. Not sure why but I've been GOING alot lately. I think I liked it better when I only went a couple times a week.
Even if I am losing weight! lol
