Great Suggestion Spedmom. The only place around here we can buy "as seen on tv" products is Walgreens. I'll have to check it out. Trust me I need all the help I can get!

Morning everyone,

And depending on your level (or enjoyment of) physical activity, tae bo is amazing for abs too, it looks like I'm going to be saved from corrective tummy surgery after the 80 some lbs are gone. And I can already see the little abs growing, they're so cute!

Well hide all your electronics ladies. Things I've managed to break this week without even touching them: my modem, my digital cable receiver, my printer, my tv and now my fax machine. I think I must be carring around an excess of static charge or something, omg. So df and I are off today to get a new tv, and naturally, the 27" ones don't fit in our entertainment unit anymore because they've changed the shape of them to be a bit wider on the sides, so a new entertainment unit is on the list today too. Can't you just hear the vacuum in my checking account? Good thing mom always taught me to have money put away for emergencies (although tv doesn't really qualify but oh well  )

Think I may be hitting my stride in this woe thing, after 6 months no less, but just finished that tom, no cravings, and haven't gone near anything that I shouldn't be eating in weeks, how fabulous, go me! Df even had McDonald's in the car yesterday, and all I could say was wow, I'm not even in the mood for lips and a**holes for lunch today :p.

And as an add on the Subway wraps are great, I too get double meat just to fill me up but I've had 2 now and no stall, no cravings and no carb hangover! It's nice to finally have a food that I can have when it's a hunger emergency and not to have to modify my order for 10 minutes with the staff, yahoo!

Sped: don't feel bad about reccomending the ab thing, my best friend and I both got the abdominizer it is like that (supports the back while you do crunchs) after we had our first babies and it worked great, because it supported the neck and back you were forced to work the ab's, I love it!! And we got super results from it! I got mine used at Goodwill instead of having to pay 30-60$. SO yes Trazzie go get one it will help soooooo much!!

Tummy you are in good form this morning....you're crackin me up!! LOL :) Whoooohooo new TV!! We have our Comcast party for work on the 12th and they are giving away an HDTV and a Big screen, DH thinks he is gonna be the winner for sure!! hahahahaha OH there will only be about 3000 people at the party! Oh well let him dream huh?

Well ladies I am off to the gym, then I am going to Walmart and then to the outlets to look for Tennis shoes (and maybe some shoes for our party too, which I STILL can't find any I like!) Such a picky shoe gal. Getting back on track, I don't know what was off with me last week but I felt a little discomboobalated, I didn't do my food log and then when I don't do it I feel like things might be higher than they should even though they are not, and of course so many meetings I didn't drink enough water, just got of TOM etc etc.....so I am trying to get it together this weekend! I can't wait until this next week is over....then I go to my regular schedule and will be able to get to the gym whenever I want to!! And back to my regular shcedule with you guys too!!

Have a great weekend!

Looks like I'm out of the look for exercising for a while. Unless you all can think of an exercise I can do sitting down (or laying down). I'm a tad...um....bruised. DH talked me into watching them go sledding today. So I stood on the hill for 1/2 hour watching them. I KNEW I couldn't go up and down the hill (back isn't in the best of shape yet) so I was actually just having fun watching. But of course silly me decided "oh heck, it won't hurt going down just ONCE". IDIOT! Of course it WOULDN'T have hurt IF my DD and I wouldn't have hit the JUMP someone had built!!! OUCH!! Let's say my tailbone isn't exactly in the shape it SHOULD be. Then DH tried being funny and said "Well hun, this diet isn't all it's cracked up to be is it. If you wouldn't have lost that weight you'd have had a cushion for that jump." What a nut! lol. So I'm a "tad" bit sore and won't be moving much (if I can help it) for at least a couple days.

Hope you all are having a great weekend :)

Ouch Brenda I know exactly what your saying. Last year I went down the biggest hill with my youngest DD. There was a HUGE snow ramp built but I didnt see it because it blended in with the snow.. All I remember is hitting the thing, DD and sled went flying one way.. I went flying the other, rolled down the hill and got ran over by another little kiddo on his way down.. yikes I couldnt move for a week. What a site that must have been  Hope your body aches go away soon.

Ok. I'm not sure WHY I did it---but I just got done eating like a cup worth of pistacchio's. I know it could have been worse--but I shouldn't have eaten even THAT much. Not sure why I've been hungry for junk food again. I'm hoping that I'm not going to keep shoving stuff like that into my face again. I REALLY want to keep going with Atkins and keep losing weight. I'm just hoping the pistacchio's don't prevent any weight loss this week :( ugh, if it does it's my own fault. I need some willpower here! grr. I think I'll go to bed that way I don't think about sticking anything else in my face!!!
