Everyone's jumping on the band wagon so fast, it kinda scares me, I would bet alot of fast food places will serve regular carb products claiming to be low carbs, another words I wouldn't trust it (maybe as a treat but not a staple).

I thought low-fat was the one that had the problem getting the right flavour? What flavour is he talking about? All the flavour from bread, rice, potatoes? Those are the things that I had to *add* things to because they are bland on their own! Atkinites and carbavoids, ha! :) |
