OK Guys... now that I am back...

Lets get back to doing this monthly thread. If you posted your Feb Miles in January... Re post them here... LEENS Could you make this one a sticky?? and unstick the old one?

The equator trek is our 2004 exercise challenge.

We're trying to do enough exercise to get us around the equator in one year. Exercises that are measurable in miles get logged that way. Other exercise, like aerobics or weight-lifting, are counted as 1 mile for every 20 minutes.
