Well a week down still no real bad sickness or anything.
5 lbs down. I have had 3 of those bars so better start to plan my work days a little better.
I work at KFC so not an option of eating there LOL.
yesterday I had NO CAFFINE. Notta none zippo
and even better NO HEADACHE
I have switched completly to decafinated so still having tea just decaf
I also had ALL MY WATER I felt I needed it i was so dry and drank it instead of diet pepsi.
Not one sip of diet pepsi all week either.
This is a major acomplishment if you knew me I don't do water, I would go weeks without water just deit pepsi and Tea after tea.

Big day here have a family bday party to attend so wish me luck.
Ham lasagna and chicken is the main coarses so I guess I am having ham.

Hi jjcj, welcome to the boards. Congrats on the 5 lbs aready, bet that feels great! Sounds like you're doing fantastic so far. Hope to see you around a lot and good luck with the party, family ones can sometimes be difficult, god knows.

I hear ya on that water issue. It's just not my thing.. I've been forcing myself to drink it so I don't get dehydrated, and I'm still not getting my full 8 servings. I was a Diet Coke and coffee after coffee drinker.

Congrats on the weight loss and hopefully the party went ok :) I've got valentine's day cookies on my counter along with nutter butters that keep screaming at me to eat on as I walk past. So I'm skipping the induction rule (again) and having my SF jello w/chocolate whipped topping. It sure helps (but no amount of imagination can make this into a cookie!! lol).
