Sausage - 0 Green tea w/splenda - 1 Lunch: Roasted chicken breast - 0 Romaine lettuce w/italian dressing - 1 Green tea w/splenda - 1 Snack: Bacon :D: - 0 Dinner: Poor man's lobster - 0 Roasted asparagus - 2.5 Jello - 0 Snack: Extra sharp cheddar - .5 Hot chocolate - 1 Total = 7 Yikes! I'm a bit low today! |

I'm really trying this week - trying to keep to induction like levels!
Monday: Breakfast: 2 hb eggs (1.2) 1 tbsp mayo (.3) decaf w/cream (2) =3.5 Lunch: 2 broiled burgers (0) salad (3) dressing (1) =4 Snack: green tea 2 slices havarti (.5) celery w/dip (3) pepperoni (1) 4.5 Dinner: chicken stir fry (4) =4 diiet crush (1) Total = 17 Tuesday: Breakfast: flax cereal (3) sf syrup decaf w/cream (3) =6 Lunch: chicken broth (homemade) w/chicken breast, mushrooms, bok choy and onion (4) Snack: 4 slices havarti (1) green tea 5 pepperoni sticks (2) =3 Dinner: rib steak (0) mushrooms/onion (3) spaghetti squash (7) Total: 23 carbs..... not enuf water today! forgot my water bottle at home and that just threw me off for the whole day! Trying to catch up but don't want to be in the bathroom all night! Froufy :D |

Breakfast - 2 eggs coffe w/heavy cream and splenda Lunch - taco salad (meat, sour cream, tomatoes, onions) guessing 8 Dinner - steak & sm salad w ranch dressing (4) Snack - Atkins ice cream bar (4) Right around 20 Today: Breakfast - 2 eggs, 1 bacon, 1 sausage, coffee (cream & splenda) 4.2 Snack - nuts (bad, bad girl) 8 Lunch - Chicken, bacon, cheese (.3) Dinner - Cheeseburger, sm salad (3) [Plan] (Hopeful Total of 15.5) |
Wednesday
Breakfast Swiss cheese: 1 deviled eggs: 1.5 snack: 1 liter water diet pepsi SF jello:0 cheese: 1 Lunch: Romaine: 1.5 dressing: 1 quiche: 6 snack veggies: 3 dip: 2 tea: 0 splenda: 1 dinner chicken: 0 salad & veggies: 5 total: 23....:( poop! |
Ok here goes...I am watching my carbs on the south beach diet so hopefully the 2 combined will help me reach the 10 pounds I have left to lose :)

Star - what kind of pizza?? How do you do it...the pounds just keep falling off!! Your my hero!!
Dinner last night - not good - 1/4 cup each of blueberries, strawberries, & raspberries + 2 slices low carb toast w/butter - I think about 15 carbs ughhh! Breakfast: bacon, 3 eggs - 1.2 Lunch: salad, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, ranch dressing - 3.75 steak strawberries w/whipped cream - 5 Supper - TBA 10 so far! |
Lori - I make my own pizza using CarbSense garlic and herb pizza crust mix and then the regular "stuff". My personal favorite is sausage, pepperoni, and black olives. Yum! I think I'm metabolically lucky and I don't have too hard of a time losing the weight this way. I don't ever "cheat" though I do sometimes have a negotiated treat, like a little bit of popcorn every few months. And exercise!!! You can't boost that metabolism without getting you some muscles ;)
