  • Ohhhhh I was bad last night. I can't even type it but rest assured I am hanging my head in shame and vowing not to buy fantastic low-carb butter pecan ice cream for a long time!

    Look at what that coffee started!! I thought I could handle dinner at a Cuban restaurant -- apparently not!!

    TOTAL: 31 carbs!!! (Honestly, I guess this isn't too, too terrible. Just a lot more than I usually have.)
