Low Carb find of the week
 

I found a great low carb pita bread that I wanted to let you know about.

When I was at the deli the other day I noticed one of the packages of pita bread said it was low carb....so of course this peeked my interest. It was Joseph's. Don't know if you all know that company in your area. It is made from ww flour and oat bran. I looked at the nutrition label and it has only 2 grams per loaf! I couldn't believe it. No funky numbers or anything....18 grams of carb and 16 grams of fiber! I have had it a couple of times this week. It is a little thin but it tastes great! Nice to have an option other than the LaTortilla Factory tortillas that I usually use.
I definitely suggest those not knee deep in induction should try this if you can find it.
