Got in 3 miles on bike last night.
Today at work I spent the better part of 3 hours moving, pressing, grinding and mixing 1600 pounds of hay for the cows...I figure all that was worth at least 2 miles conservatively, so that what I'm giving myself.
So adding 5 here, and once I "chill out" and get rested for awhile and tehn get my chores done here at home, I'll see what, if anything, I can get in tonight...tired, long day...
