Resurrecting the food log.
Breakfast: Atkins muffin (2) butter (0) cheese (.5) decaf w/cream (1.5) =4 Lunch: chicken alfredo (1) stir fried veggies (2) yogurt (4) strawberries (4) splenda (1) =12 Dinner: steak (0) brocolli/cauliflower (4) =4 Total: 20, but may add some snacks if I'm hungry! Froufy :) |

Breakfast: chicken: 0 cheese: 2 mushrooms: 0.5 1 liter of water diet pepsi 1 multi-vit + extra C Snack: almonds: 2 Lunch: Romaine Lettuce: 2 Blue cheese:0 bacon: 0 deviled eggs: 2 1 liter of water Snack: SF jello:0 Dinner: Steak:0 mushrooms:3 Total: 11.5 Yippeeee Putting this here so I remember to post it when we get the new post up. Summer sausage - 1 Lunch: Clam chowder - 6.5 Coffee (full-caff! I'm so bad!) w/splenda & cream (I'm even worse!) - 3 Snack: String cheese - 1 Dinner: Chicken - 0 1/2 cup spaghetti squash w/parm - 4 Green Light - 2.5 :nono: Ugh! I'm weak! Total: 18 |

Breakfast: Almonds: 2 Cheese: 1 diet pepsi Snack: 1 liter of water 1 multi-vit + extra C Latortilla:3 cheese:1 bacon:0 Lunch: tuna:0 Romaine lettuce: 1.5 mayo:0 pickle:1 salad dressing: 2 snack: peanut butter: 3 1 liter of water Dinner: turkey burger:0 mushrooms: 2 mayo:0 Broccoli: 4 Total: 20.5 Dang p-butter oh well TOM did it to me!!!! :?: :o |
Thursday's Eatin'
Breakfast:
Quiche -- 3 Lunch: Summer sausage -- 1 Eggs -- 1 String cheese -- 1 Snack: Pancakes -- 3 (Yikes! Very hungry today!) Supper: Cesear salad -- 2 (Very small because of my earlier snack attack.) Snack: Coffee with cream and Splenda -- 4 Then, I really ruined it with a BUNCH of peanut butter. I don't even know how much -- just a lot! TOTAL: 15 (maybe actually closer to 20-25???) |

:) :) :) :) Breakfast: almonds: 2 cheese:1 diet pepsi Snack: Latortilla: 3 bacon: 0 cream cheese: 2 1 liter of water multi-vit Lunch: Carl's Jr LC burger (actually Good!!) BUT I had them hold the ketchup and Tomato, to many carbs in ketchup what were they thinking???? No wonder it was 6 carbs! So w/o that I am thinking 4 carbs! Snack: cheese: 1 Dinner: buffalo wings: 4 1 liter of water total: 17 carbs!!!! Yeah me! |

That's so funny, TG. I had to make it because I kept seeing you eating it, and it sounded so good. I think we're going to get into a never-ending cycle of eating quiche!:D
