Which is the better choice?

  • Ok - I'm at work right now and very hungry (this is not really normal - seriously)...but I have with me a
    Carb Solutions Bar (14g car , 23 g protein = net carb 3g)
    OR
    some mixed nuts (3 Tblsp, 7g carbs and 5g protein).

    I am confused...which would stall me the worst - the bar or the nuts????

    Anyone still out there???
  • Go with the nuts. In my opinion, unprocessed is always the better choice.
  • I agree with Star - the nuts have actual carbs, not net carbs!! Besides, the nuts will taste better!!

    I'm very afraid of that net carb thing...but when I saw the protein grams that's when I questioned myself.
    I never thought about the processed/vs unprocessed.

  • I wouldn't be afraid of the carb thingy, but I would choose the nuts because eating the chocolate is gonna make you crave more sweets and it might give you gas.
