  • Thought I'd start us off ....

    Monday morning:

    40 min walk to the university (full backpack!)
  • Monday Madness
    30 minutes of dancing around the house like a maniac. Way more fun than a video

  • Tuesday A.M.:

    20 min upper body weight training
    40 min walk to school
  • OK - here I go.....goal is to MOVE 4 times this week.
    (I had a "4X" written there - but since I just got rid of all my 3X and 4X clothes...well, you know!)

    Monday 11/10 - 25 min low impact aerobics

    Yipee!!!!
  • Here's Monday's exercise:

    30 minutes of walking

    500 foot jog with my adorable little 57 year old mother who NEVER moves faster than a walk.

    1 full hour of pilates accerated body sculpting video - that thing kicked my ***!
  • Tuesday Exercise
    30 minutes of walking (the usual)
  • Do any of you work second shift? How do you get up and going..give me some ideas..i need a swift kick in the ....well you know!
  • FINALLY!
    50 minutes on the treadmill doing my 30/30 plan!
  • Wednesday's Exercise
    40 minutes on the glider
    20 minutes of walking

    Didn't know I had it in me...
  • Thursday Exercise
    35 minutes on the glider
    15 minutes of walking
  • 45 minutes of walking
  • Friday:

    30 minutes on the glider
    20 minutes of walking
  • Friday - 1 hour of pilates

    Saturday - 1 hours of roller skating (it was going to be 2, but I fell and think I bruised my tailbone - ah, the grace!
  • Saturday:

    1 hour walking through streets and streets of huge houses
    20 min upper body weights
